• Bookings made through the website are subject to confirmation by our team
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to operational requirements
• Patients must provide accurate personal and medical information
• Specific test preparations (fasting, etc.) must be followed as advised
• Home sample collection is available within Surat city limits and subject to availability

4. Test Reports & Results

• Test reports are generated within the estimated turnaround time, which may vary
• Reports are confidential and shared only with the patient or authorized persons
• Test results are for informational purposes and should be interpreted by a qualified medical professional

5. Pricing & Payment

• Payment is required at the time of sample collection or visit
• We accept cash, UPI, debit cards, credit cards, and net banking

6. Cancellation & Refund

Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled by contacting us at least 2 hours before the scheduled time. Refunds for pre-paid bookings will be processed within 7-10 business days. Tests already conducted are non-refundable. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
